Equipment for hire

RN Electronics aim to provide solutions for those clients which need assistance in meeting the EMC requirements. Usually this means on the spot troubleshooting, however sometimes longer term development or trial and error of possible solutions is required. In response to this need we initiated the EMC test equipment hire service, enabling our customers to recreate some of the EMC phenemenon on their own premises.

We aim to introduce a varied and sometimes unique range of test equipment. We will, where appropriate, include connectors, lead, loads, instructions etc in order to make a working system. Some of our lower value items will be available for a minimum period. Generally equipment will be calibrated. If you require UKAS calibration this must be arranged with us prior to booking, and an additional charge may apply. From November 2009 we are offering a range of Microwave equipment for hire. This will be available to qualified companies, universities and individuals. Traditionally hire companies have been reluctant to offer this type of equipment. Largely due to its delicacy, high value for small size and calibration requirements. Most items in this range will require a refundable deposit to be paid, and be for a minimum hire period of one week. As details of the equipment are finalised they will be posted here. STEP 2: Identify those items you require for Hire by browsing our Website. To add them to your order, just select the period of hire required and click "Add to basket". Once you have selected the equipment you require, click on "Place Order" to send us your Hire Order. NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THIS STEP.

STEP 3: You will be contacted by our Hire Department to arrange the precise details and specifications of the equipment and details of your order, including availability, delivery / collection, and payment.
