Why am I required to fill in a Test Plan?

For certain EMC specifications, i.e. medical equipment an extra test plan is required. This allows further information to be established on EUT configurations, specific test modes, any EUT risk analysis (potential for patient harm under immunity testing etc), special cabling earthing considerations and declarations on equipment types and applicable test levels.
