Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
RN Electronics have made a number of changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain operational with the majority of our staff working from home. All staff have access to their emails. There is a small team on site each week to maintain testing and we are continuing to offer all of our EMC and Radio testing services, whilst adhering to the government guidelines.
We are not performing witnessed testing until further notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances. However, we can contact and support you by the media of your choice, for example Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp etc. During the national lockdown; when your product is ready, we recommend that you should despatch /deliver your equipment to us.
RN will place your equipment in our secure store, until your test date. In the event that any issues arise during testing, we would be able to communicate via a video/audio link. When you are ready, we ask that you advise your shipping details, the name(s) of the person(s) to contact during testing and your preferred method of contact.
During these unprecedented times the health and safety of our employees and customers continues to be our number one priority.
