Ofcom publishes International Communications Market Report 2017
Ofcom has today published its International Communications Market Report 2017, which examines the take-up, availability, price and use of communications services across 17 major countries, including the UK.
The report includes information on a range of communications services, including developing trends in online shopping and delivery services. This year’s report reveals that UK consumers spend more than twice the amount on internet shopping than those in other countries, while they are also the most likely to use next-day delivery services.
Alongside post and delivery, the report covers TV, radio, internet and online content, and broadband and mobile services.
