RN Electronics Ltd remains operational and open for business
As part of our on-going updates around COVID-19, we wanted to let our customers know what measures we are taking to ensure that we continue to provide testing services as well as helping you bring compliant products to market.
Our testing facility remains open and we are working normally with some changes that have been put in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
During these unprecedented times the health and safety of our customers and staff continues to be our number one priority. We have taken the necessary precautions and social distancing is in place in accordance with the Government’s current guidelines.
We are not performing witnessed testing until further notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances. However, we undertaking unwitnessed testing a service we already offer too many customers and have been performing for numerous years.
During the national lockdown; when your product is ready, we recommend that you should despatch / deliver your equipment to us.
RN will place your equipment in our secure store, until your test date. In the event that any issues arise during testing, we would be able to communicate and support you via a video/audio link by the media of your choice, for example Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp etc.
When you are ready, we ask that you advise your shipping details, the name(s) of the person(s) to contact during testing and your preferred method of contact.
