RN Electronics plan for continued testing during coronavirus impact
In order to be reactive to a potential national lockdown regarding the Coronavirus; RN are informing our customers, when your product is ready for testing; we recommend that you should despatch / deliver your equipment ASAP to us. RN will place your equipment in our secure store, until your test date.
If there are travel restrictions or you are unable to witness testing, we can contact you by the media platform of your choice, for example Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp etc.
In the event that any issues arise during testing, we would be able to communicate via a video/audio link. To proceed, we need your shipping details, the name(s) of the person(s) to contact during testing and your preferred method of contact.
