Information on whats required for DoC
Below is the information required for Declaration Of Conformity (DoC).
Testing is required by an accredited and FCC recognised test lab (RN Electronics). The test lab must be accredited in the US or in a country with an active MRA with the US.
DoC logo to be placed on the equipment and DoC provided to end user
The label shall be located in a conspicuous location on the device and shall contain the unique identification described in 47CFR part 2, § 2.1074 and the following logo:
Devices subject to DoC must have this logo placed on the device.
Depending on the size of the equipment the FCC Logo statement must also be placed on the device. When the device is too small for this statement it may be contained within the user manual or documentation sold with the product.
DoC logo statement
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
When the equipment is subject to authorization under the DoC procedure, the responsible party is: the manufacturer/assembler or the importer.
